FLETC.gov Upgrades, Standards, and Streamlining

Using UX and CX principles, we streamlined FLETC.gov by consolidating numerous pages, enhancing forms, improving standards, and optimizing the site's overall presence. Collaborating closely with DHS and FLETC components, we transitioned the site from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10, significantly enhancing responsiveness and integrating the U.S. Web Design System. This upgrade introduced components that condensed and organized lengthy content while incorporating web writing best practices to improve navigation.
Though the project is ongoing, AGILE methodologies and data-driven analytics have ensured continuous enhancements that are aligned with evolving technologies. Since the project's inception in 2017, the site has grown exponentially, surpassing one million views annually.

We created a comprehensive communications campaign plan to elevate FLETC digital presence, streamline internal and external communications, attract top talent, and ensure compliance with evolving industry standards.
We accomplished this by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and strategic storytelling, FLETC will continue to provide exceptional training while fostering a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and excellence.
