There were plenty of opportunities to create original stand-alone illustrations to communicate the Installation Command- Europe, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Baden-Wuerttemberg (BW), Commander's message to all the readers.
The creation and production of the monthly USAG BW VBlog required a variety of skills; from designing of the backdrop, large scale printing coordination in Deustch, recording, to the creation of the lower-thirds and the final product in Adobe Premiere. The final product won first place in Command VBlog for the 2010 Keith L. Ware, Department of the Army Journalism Competition.
Transformed the old U.S. Army Garrison website (left) to a hard coded design similar to the U.S. Army website at the time (right). Across Europe and in some areas of the United States, several other Army Garrisons used the created web template for their website. The design provided a current look and feel for the Soldiers and family members of the community while simplifying information flow and retrieval. The website received Honorable Mention for the 2010 Keith L. Ware, Department of the Army Journalism Competition.
Baden-Wuerttemberg was re-branded to BW Now, simplifying our product for all customers. The designed logo was used on countless products for the different outreach programs.
